After upgrade some Lotus Notes from 8.5.1 to 8.5.3 FP1 recent contacts stop to work.
I research a lot about this problem and i found some good TN´s about recent contacts
I solve the problem using this TN and using ncompact -c -i , nupdall -R -X on the local names.nsf.
Also i apply the Lotus Notes 8.5.3 FP2.
